“I hired NJ as my personal physical trainer last year in 2008. I was bored of the same old workouts at the gym and needed some change. She pushed me to my limit reminding me of my goals throughout every workout. What makes her training methods unique is the diversity she incorporates in each workout. In addition my works outs were always planned out for my individual needs and goals. My workouts were fun and the results were great! Thanks NJ. i lost about a pound this first week and i feel like i'm getting more tight, which is my goal. still want to lose more inches in my waist, that is where i struggle. the only thing i would change to boot camp is to add music!!! other than that i love it and have been recommending to friends. once I move, I will definitely want to keep doing this, but at the Stone Oak location.
I enjoy the different exercise routines, works all the areas. I’ve lost weight the first week, noticed I have more energy throughout my day after my work out, and the inches I have lost on my waist. I feel extremely challenged in my classes and feel the difference after my 1st class. My experience with the camp is great! -Priscilla

I really like being motivated to work out during the week. It's gotten me to be more consistent which is great. I haven't noticed any changes in weight but my body seems to be a little bit more toned and I've definitely seen an increase in my energy levels. I also am sleeping better at night. I definitely am challenged in the classes. Thanks so much for everything! I'm moving to Austin at the end of the summer. Are you starting up one there? -Audrey

I When I started this process 8 weeks ago, my goal was to improve my overall fitness level and gain confidence. After only 8 weeks, I can do REAL push ups with confidence, I have strength I never knew was there, I have endurance, I have reduced my body fat by 4.1%, putting me within 3% of my optimum and I am confident I CAN DO IT! I love this camp and I encourage anyone, of any age to join. I This is my first week of boot camp! I have enjoyed it so much! Everyone is different in size but you still work as a team! I have noticed I have more energy and I really watch what I eat! Class has its challenges you start out I can do this then it getts more demanding as you do all 3 sessions. I like the fact that I get motivated every time I get to camp and I feel like I get a great workout in every single time. It may be hard, but thats GOOD and I can feel myself being challenged to my maximum limits. This is my first week and I keep saying I'm sore in muscles I didn't even know I had! But thats a good thing because I know its WORKING! -Dulce I The aspect I have enjoyed the most in boot camp is the challenge. You are being challenged everyday to strengthen your body. It's a great sense of accomplishment at the end of the work out when you know you have done your best. I have noticed that my energy level has skyrocketed. I no longer need my afternoon nap! My body is changing weekly. I feel like I have lost inches in my waist and my arms are getting toned. My thighs are also becoming much stronger - I heart explosions. The one thing I have definitely struggled with is my eating habits - its not that I necessarily eat badly, I just don't know good fat/bad fat. I think the food log is a perfect way for people like me to get on the right nutritional path. I am completely addicted to this boot camp and will continue to go! Plus, my arms are going to look AMAZING in my wedding dress, people are going to think I am GI Jane! I am also a runner and it has made major improvements with my time, distance, and results! Thanks to NJ, I am going to be the 'hot babe' on the beach this year! The fresh air, the diversity of exercises, and N-J's ability to customize the intensity level for all campers contributes to a very tough and fun workout.
